Meet the Mood Munchers

This story introduces children to all the emotions they may experience as Mood Muncher characters. Each Mood Muncher describes how they show up as the feeling, which then allows children to name and accept each emotion as a character visiting rather than children thinking they themselves are the emotion.  

It is a great way to introduce any child to emotions in a fun, accessible and playful way.
